Shipping policy
For Product orders
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days from date of purchase
For Personalised orders
Your order will be shipped within 3-10 Business Days from date of purchase - You'll be contacted with 24 hours to discuss fonts and requirements.
Shipping
We use AusPost and Standard shipping times are estimated between 2-7 days depending on your location in Australia.
Standard shipping Costs are $10
Express shipping cost is $15
Free Shipping for all product orders over $150*
*This excludes Storage trunks & Personalised Gif Boxes.
Personalised Gift boxes shipping fee is $20.
Storage Trunks Shipping fee is $25.
Due to the large size boxes and are sent via courier or AusPost depending on your location.
If you are in a remote or out of metro area, there my be an additional shipping charge, please contact us first if you would like a shipping quote. If a shipment is delayed due to couriers or auspost - we will assist in follow up but it is outside of our control and we have no responsibility in the delay. All parcels are shipped from BabyBoo prints within 1-2 business Days from placing the order.
If you would like a faster shipping method, this would be with a star trek service - but this will be an additional cost to yourself. Please contact us prior to placing an order and we will discuss these options if you need.
Pick Up
We welcome pick up orders from Windsor, NSW
Just tick the "Pick Up" option at the checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a pick up time.
Our Address is 415 Freemans Reach Rd Freemans Reach. This is not a physical store address - only for Pick Ups.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you entered an incorrect address, changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. BabyBoo Prints takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
