SHIPPING POLICY

For Product orders
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days from date of purchase

For Personalised orders 
Your order will be shipped within 3-10 Business Days from date of purchase

Standard Shipping
We use AusPost and Standard shipping times are estimated between 2-7 days depending on your location in Australia.

Pick Up
We welcome pick up orders from Windsor, NSW
Just tick the "Pick Up" option at the checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a pick up time.

Pre-Orders
Are sent within 2-4 Business days once stock has arrived

RETURNS
We hope you love your BabyBoo Prints purchase, You are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days of dispatch. Please contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, damaged or removed from their original packaging. 
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you entered an incorrect address, changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. BabyBoo Prints takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
